Cowichan Bay 5th Annual Spot Prawn Festival – Cowichan Bay, BC

On May 24-25th the historic Village of Cowichan Bay is celebrating its 6th Annual Spot Prawn Festival.  This is a family event; it’s free and dogs are always welcome!  This festival features all day music, face painting, glitter tattoos, a colouring contest and more to entertain the kids.  Buy your live prawns right off the boat or at Cowichan Bay Seafood, then check out the Village and enjoy the many unique boutiques, eateries, crafts and wines the Cowichan Valley has to offer, right in one location!  Tour the Maritime Centre, enter a raffle to win a boat, then sit down in the Big Tent and enjoy a freshly cooked plate of BC spot prawns, soup and salad and a soft drink while listening to live music.  For more information go to: http://www.prawnfest.ca


Okanagan 4th Annual Spot Prawn Festival – Kelowna, BC
